Deposit Requirements
A $500 non-refundable deposit is to be made to hold date while menu is being decided. This is not always required. This allows client to hold date while still deciding on food & menu. Once final menu has been decided, invoice is due within 7 days (50% deposit of food, drinks & fees)
This can been done via invoice using all major credit cards.

This secures your spot is not given to someone else. After deposit is made we will no longer take events on your day.

Final balance is due with final guest count 7 days before date of event.
If final balance isn't paid 72 hours prior to event, deposit could be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your event more than 3 months prior to event, $500-$1000 is non-refundable. This non-refundable deposit is for lost business on date held for your event. ie we weren't able to book other events on that date and it belonged to you. The remainder balance will be refunded within 7 days of written cancellation.

Cancellations less than 3 months from event are non-refundable.
